This notice explains what happens to information you submit through the website. The site is designed to collect only what is needed to understand and respond to an enquiry.

    01

    Information you choose to send

The contact form collects your name, email address and message. It also records the project context selected on the page, the page URL and the website language so the enquiry can be understood and answered appropriately.

    02

    How the information is used

The information is used to review and respond to your enquiry, continue relevant business correspondence and protect the form from spam or abuse. It is not sold or used for unrelated bulk marketing.

    03

    Service providers

Web3Forms processes contact-form submissions so they can be delivered for a response. Vercel hosts the website and provides aggregated, cookie-free analytics for page views and non-identifying interactions such as contact, solution, demo and profile selections. Names, email addresses and message content are never sent to analytics. External sites such as LinkedIn and GitHub receive information only when you choose to follow one of their links.

    04

    Retention and security

Enquiries are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage related business correspondence and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

    05

    Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted, or object to its continued use. Send a message marked “Privacy request” and enough detail to identify the relevant correspondence.
